I have been in practice in the greater Sacramento area since 1991 when I completed a residency in psychiatry at UC Davis.  I have been practicing in Fair Oaks Village for the past 20 years or so.  My current practice location is 7996 Old Winding Way, Ste. 220, Fair Oaks, California 95628.  My practice is limited to adults who are 18 years of age or older.  I am not able to accept insurance of any kind, including Medicare, unfortunately.

With occasional exceptions, my practice is closed to new patients.  My office phone number is (916) 967-7204.  You may leave an entirely confidential voicemail message for me that number at any time.  I do my best to get back to people within 24 hours.  Weekend callbacks and callbacks while I am on vacation are generally responded to within 48 hours when messages are left at this number.

Established and current patients may leave urgent voicemail messages for me at (916) 212-9333, which takes retrievable messages everywhere I go except where there is no available cell phone reception.  I recommend that such messages be left for me at (916) 967-7204, as well.

I keep patients’ medical files for 7 years after they have last been seen.  If you are no longer seeing me, and you would like your records to be provided to a provider you are currently seeing or are about to see, please send me, via the US mail, a personally signed “release of medical records” request, along with your current address and phone number, so that I can contact you directly and personally to discuss your request prior to sending them out.
